Heather Booher is a wife, mom, nonprofit leader, former small-business owner, and lifelong student of what helps people move forward. She spent 12 years owning and operating a small business before becoming Executive Director of Turning Point of Steuben County, where she works alongside individuals and families rebuilding their lives.

Her background spans business, ministry, psychology, addiction, community service, and years of working directly with people during some of the hardest seasons of their lives.

She lives in northeast Indiana with her husband, Jason. They have two daughters, Ana and Mia, and a son-in-law, Joshua. Heather believes lasting change rarely happens all at once. It happens when we stop waiting for the perfect moment, take an hard look at where we are, and choose the next right step.
